Sarah has worked in business immigration for more than 18 years. Prior to founding SBA, Sarah was the UK and European head of the Global Business Immigration Services practice at Ernst & Young. In 2007 she was appointed to advise the UK Home Office employer task force on the reform of the UK immigration system. She has also acted as a consultant to the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development. Sarah is a regular speaker about business immigration at industry events and is a frequent commentator on business immigration issues in the national and professional press.

Ceri Davis joined SBA as an Associate in February 2010 and has gained significant experience in dealing with all aspects of UK immigration matters including advising potential sponsors on their responsibilities under the Points Based System, Tiers 1 and 2 applications, and eligibility for permanent residence. Ceri is a qualified barrister and a law graduate from Clare College, Cambridge and has an LLM from University College London, in Criminal Law.

Daniel is our most recent joiner and will be supporting Sarah and Ceri in the provision of technical services to our clients. Daniel has a great deal of experience of working within the legal sector and has just completed an extended internship with the Mayor of London’s office at the Greater London Authority on policy making. He is a qualified barrister and a law graduate from Keble College, Oxford and has a Masters from Kings College London, in Criminology and Criminal Justice.

Julian Ardouin has run the operational side of SBA since 2009 and is responsible for ensuring the firm’s compliance with the requirements of our registration with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner as well as our financial good health. He also updates our clients on technical changes and relevant news and undertakes research on global immigration issues. Julian is a qualified economist and statistician and comes to SBA with a background in formulating online training modules for corporate programmes.
